Meet the founder

At As a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager with over eight years of experience in the construction industry, I bring a practical, engineering-driven approach to every project. My background has equipped me to think critically, analyze complex challenges, and develop efficient, cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Throughout my career, I have managed a diverse range of projects across multiple countries, from the construction of 14-story high-rise buildings to large-scale campus infrastructure upgrades for government agencies. My experience also includes overseeing the rehabilitation and renovation of single-family homes, duplexes, and multifamily residential properties, giving me a comprehensive understanding of both new construction and existing building systems.

Working in both the public and private sectors has provided me with extensive knowledge of construction management, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, quality control, and regulatory compliance. My engineering background enables me to identify potential issues before they become costly problems, evaluate construction with a detail-oriented perspective, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

I believe successful construction goes beyond simply completing a project—it requires strategic planning, technical expertise, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering lasting value. Whether managing large institutional capital projects or residential renovations, my goal is to provide practical solutions, maintain the highest level of professionalism, and exceed client expectations through thoughtful project leadership and engineering insight.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the world and creating lasting memories with my wife and our large extended family. With more than 50 cousins, there's always an opportunity for a road trip, family gathering, or a spontaneous adventure to discover a new place or catch a beautiful sunset. Those experiences remind me of the importance of building strong relationships and appreciating life's simple moments.

Fitness has always been an important part of my life. As a former athlete, I continue to challenge myself by training in kickboxing and Muay Thai five days a week. The discipline, resilience, and mental focus I've developed through these sports directly influence my professional life, reinforcing the work ethic, perseverance, and problem-solving mindset I bring to every project.

Whether on a construction site, in the gym, or traveling with family, I believe in continuous growth, embracing new challenges, and giving my best in everything I do.
